| 摘 要： | 对芳砜纶/粘胶混纺织物进行阻燃/亲水复合整理,优选了阻燃整理剂和亲水整理剂。结果表明,以阻燃剂FPK8002和亲水剂DP-9993为整理剂,优化的芳砜纶/粘胶混纺织物整理工艺为:芳砜纶/粘胶混纺比70/30、60/40、50/50织物的阻燃剂、树脂用量分别为60、90、160 g/L和20、30、40 g/L;亲水剂用量均为10 g/L。采用先亲水后阻燃的工艺对织物进行复合整理,可实现亲水性、阻燃性、吸湿透气性及抗紫外线等多种功能的复合。

| Abstract: | Flame retardant and hydrophilic finish is carried out on polysulfonamide/viscose blended fabric. The flame retardant agent and hydrophilic agent are selected and their dosages are optimized. The results show that taking FPK8002 as a flame retardant agent and DP 9993 as a hydrophilic agent, the optimum finish process is determined as follows: FPK8002 60, 90, 160 g/L, resin 20, 30,40 g/L for 70/30, 60/40, 50/50 blends respectively and DP 9993 10 g/L. Flame retardant finish followed by hydrophilic finish can impart polysulfonamide/viscose blended fabric multi function with hydrophilic property, flame retardancy, moisture absorbency, air permeability and UV protection. |
