高频彩超对甲状旁腺肿瘤的诊断价值

目的：探讨运用高频彩超对甲状旁腺肿瘤的定位及定性诊断价值。方法：对1999～2002年间疑有原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的21例高频彩超结果进行回顾性分析，全部病例经手术病理证实。结果：1．高频彩超扫查无1例假阳性及假阴性，敏感性及特异性均为100％，定位诊断精确率100％，定性诊断正确率95％；2．甲状旁腺肿瘤均有以下声像特征：(1)肿瘤均呈实性低回声，边界清楚；(2)肿瘤周边及内部均有较丰富的动静脉血流信号，呈“花环”样改变；(3)肿瘤位于正常甲状腺深面，随吞咽动作与甲状腺同步运动。结论：高频彩超对甲状旁腺肿瘤的诊断具有重要价值。

Diagnostic Value of High-resolution Color Ultrasound to Parathyroid Tumors

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of high-resolution color ultrasound (HRCU) for detecting the characteristics and location of parathyroid tumors.Methods:Twenty-one cases with suspected primary hyperparathyroidism were scanned by HRCU and confirmed by surgery and pathology during 1999-2002.Results:1.There was no false positive and false negative.The localization and characteristic diagnosing accuracies were 100% and 95%,respectively.2.The sonographic traits of parathyroid tumors were:(1)hypoechoic solid as com-pared with thyroid having clear nodular margins;(2)Rich blood flow forming a flower-like cycle features was in the peripheral nodules;(3)The tumors located in the deep portion of thyroid and moved with swallo-wing.Conclusions:It is highly valuable using HRCU to diagnose parathyroid tumors.
