This paper made a detailed research on quality cost and the characteristics of the construction project, explaining the failure quality cost analysis process, and according to the actual situation, finding the reasons that cause the failure quality cost of the construction project and finding the persons responsible for the cost. By investigation and cluster analysis, the paper established the 3 level failure quality cost subjects, and then depending on them and the taguehi loss function, the paper set up the failure quality cost mathematic model, so as to have practical guidance on the construction project.
