| 摘 要： | 分级固井常用于气井等需要长井段注水泥封固的生产套管固井。免钻塞分级注水泥接箍是一种近年来开始应用的新型工具,实现分级注水泥并在作业完成后分级箍胶塞座、胶塞等附件自动落井,实现固井后免钻塞。应用免钻分级箍技术能简化作业程序、缩短建井周期、降低钻井成本,具有取代传统分级箍的发展趋势。但目前免钻成功率还有待进一步提高,尤其是复杂井况下的应用。文章介绍了一种新型免钻塞分级注水泥接箍的研制与应用,相比于传统分级箍,该工具采取了创新结构设计,具有高免钻成功率、施工作业安全和密封可靠特点。系统测试和现场应用表明,其能适应复杂固井工况,是一种适应性良好、具有推广应用前景的新型免钻分级箍。 |

| Abstract: | Stage cementing is usually applied in production cementing in gas well and long open hole.An undrilled DOP stage tool is a recently new developed tool,it has the character of undrilled DOP after cementing.It can simplify the drilling program,shorten well construction period,and reduce drilling cost by using this tools.It has the tendency to take place of conventional stage tool,but its stability performance need improvement,especially in complex wells.In this paper,an innovative undrilled DOP stage cementing tool development and field application have been showed.Comparing to conventional stage tool,it also has the advantage of operation safety and seal reliability due to its creative design.Systematic test and pilot field application indicated that it was suitable for complicated cementing condition,and had a bright future in this field. |
