| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将慢性丙型肝炎患者45例,按2:1随机分为两组,分别用解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b与单用干扰素α-1b进行治疗,疗程3个月。结果:解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b组治疗结束时有效率为86.66％,抗-HCV阴转率为66.67％,其降低ALT、TBil,提高白蛋白等均优于单用干扰素α-1b组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:解毒护肝冲剂联合干扰素α-1b治疗慢性丙型肝炎具有良好的疗效。
