| 摘 要： | 目的 ]探讨悦肝胶囊对酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝脏的保护作用 .方法 ]采用酒精诱导方法制备小鼠肝细胞损伤模型 ,观察悦肝胶囊对其肝细胞形态结构和琥珀酸脱氢酶、酸性磷酸酶活性的影响 ,同时采用油红O法观察中性脂肪 .结果 ]悦肝胶囊减轻酒精所致小鼠肝细胞的损伤 ,增强琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性 ,降低酸性磷酸酶的活性 ,减少肝细胞中脂肪滴空泡 .结论 ]悦肝胶囊对酒精所致小鼠肝细胞的损伤具有保护作用 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the protective effects of the Yuegan capsule on alcoholic liver injury in mice.METHODSThe liver injury models were induced by alcohole, and the changes of morphosis of liver cells and the activity of SDH and ACP were observed, and neutral fats were measured by oil red O methods. RESULTSThe liver injury in mice were reduced, and SDH activity was increased, and ACP activity was decreased with using Yuegan capsule.CONCLUSIONYuegan capsule has protective effects on alcoholism liver injury in mice. |
