摘    要:基于线圈驱动器发射的基本原理,分析了驱动线圈的受力情况,总结出驱动线圈的设计原则,并根据该设计原则,设计并制作三种不同驱动线圈组件,进行强度试验.试验表明:热量、电磁力是驱动线圈断裂的主要原因,而匝间绝缘破坏是驱动线圈断裂的主要形式.根据试验结果分析,在不改变匝间厚度前提下,通过加冷却系统和在匝间加垫块或支撑的方法可以...
