Attacks and Countermeasures on Smartcard Operating Terminals

The security of Smartcard operating terminals is very important in a Smartcard application system. First, analysis shows that a Smartcard operating terminal is the most vulnerable area in the whole system. Hence, a 4-D space is constructed to describe security attacks. Finally countermeasures are proposed, which is against the attacks from different levels.
