仿真机在湿式脱硫系统中的应用

摘    要:本文以河北大唐国际丰润热电厂300MW燃煤供热机组湿式脱硫系统为研究对象。在深入了解其脱硫原理、系统构成及运行特性的基础上,建立了典型生产过程和设备的数学模型,基于北京四方(电气)集团CyberSim图模库一体化通用仿真平台,实现了对烟气脱硫系统的仿真。并阐述了湿法脱硫的基本工作原理及其优缺点,以及仿真机在实际应用中的方法与效果。

Abstract:In this paper,the Hebei Datang international power smooth and 300 MW coal heating units wet desulfurization system as the research object.In understanding the desulfurization principle,system structure and operation characteristic was established on the basis of production process and equipment typical of the mathematical model,based on the Beijing sifang(electrical) group CyberSim figure model library general simulation platform integration,and has realized to flue gas desulfurization system simulation.The wet desulfurization and expounds the basic working principle and its advantages and disadvantages,and simulator in practical application method and effect.
