摘 要: | 介绍了油页岩尾渣制备煅烧高岭土的工艺,采用强磁选、酸浸、氯化焙烧等提纯作业,可有效地除去油页岩尾渣中的Fe2O3、TiO2等显色杂质矿物,Fe2O3和TiO2的脱除率分别为69 8%和14 0%,最终产品的Fe2O3、TiO2分别降至0 76%、1 08%;并使产品白度达91度。采用湿磨→提纯→焙烧→超细磨矿工艺,可制备出满足造纸工业技术要求的优质煅烧高岭土。

Abstract: | This paper introduces the technology of producing calcined kaolin using broken bits of oil shaleImpurities such as Fe2O3,TiO2 can be effectively removed from sediment of oil shale,adopting such purification operations as magnetic separation,acid leaching and chloridizing roastingThe removal rates of Fe2O3 and TiO2 are 698% and 140% respectivelyThe Fe2O3 and TiO2 contents of the final product are reduced to 076% and 108% respectivelyThe whiteness degree of the product may be up to 91The calcined kaolin used for paper making industry can be produced using the processing of wet grinding purification roasting ultrafine grinding |
