摘    要:研究了以稻草和麦杆为原料 ,用改良硫酸法制取糠醛的工艺条件 ,结果表明 :用 2 0 %硫酸 (液固为 2 5∶1) ,加入复合添加剂 (Ⅰ )或 (Ⅱ )添加比例为 15 %~ 30 % ,常压 ,10 0℃蒸馏 2h ,出醛率达理论出醛率的 70 %~ 80 % ,废渣全部变为中性复合肥料

Abstract:This paper studies the process conditions for producing a furfural using the improved method of sulfuric acid catalysis by taking straw and wheat straw as the raw materials. The results show that according to the following conditions:sulfuric acid is 20%(wt),the ratio of liquid to solid is 2.5∶1(wt),the composite additive (Ⅰ)or (Ⅱ)is added in the ratio of 15%~30%(wt),the fufural yield is 70%~80% of its theoretical rate after 2hrs of distillation under the normal pressure and at 100℃.Especially, all the residues can be changed into neutral complex fertilizers.
