分功率因数电能表挂网试运行分析

摘    要:常州供电局将分功率因数电能表投入试运行,分别按“平均功率因数”和“功率因数分段”两种调整电费办法计算功率因数调整电费,并进行了对比分析。用分功率因数电能表能考核用户的实时功率因数,可以促进用户采用跟踪无功负荷变化的无功补偿装置。

Abstract:Watt-hour meter of power factor segment has been put into used for a trial operation by Changzhou Power Supply Bureau. Power-factor regulating tariff is calculated by two methods of average power factor and power factor segment. The results are analyzed in comparison. Through watt-hour meter of power factor segment, the customer's real-time power factor is checked out, which can promote customer to adopt the reactive power compensation device tracking the change of reactive load.
