摘    要:为研究无机刚性粒子对聚碳酸酯/(丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯)三元共混物合金(PC/ASA)的力学性能的影响,采用熔融共混方法制备了PC/ASA/SAN/TiO2和PC/ASA/SAN/CaCO3两种复合材料,并对其缺口冲击,拉伸,熔融指数测试和冲击断面的形貌观察,分析研究了不同含量,不同粒径的无机填料对PC/ASA合金增韧,增强,流动性能的影响。试验结果表明,CaCO3体系和TiO2体系冲击强度均随填料用量增加而明显降低;无机填料/PC/ASA复合材料的力学性能总体呈下降趋势,流动性能则随无机填料含量的增大而显著增大。
