| 摘 要： | 通过对某轻型客车矩形截面梁骨架式白车身和薄板冲压件骨架式白车身两种结构进行有限元对比分析,掌握了两种白车身的结构性能;并对其中的薄板冲压件骨架式白车身进行有限元优化,在保证车身性能的情况下,轻量化程度达到12.7%。

| Abstract: | By finite element method, rectangular beam skeleton body in white and sheet metal stamping skeleton body in white of one light bus were analysised.So the structural performance of the two body in white was grasped;Then sheet metal stamping skeleton body in white was optimized by finite element method in the case of assuring body performance, the body＇s lightweight level reached 12.7%. |
