某三甲综合医院重返手术现状调查与分析

目的通过对某院重返手术发生率的调查与分析，为医院医疗服务质量的评价与改善提供科学的管理依据。方法对某院一年间重返手术室再次手术情况进行回顾性调查，应用SPSS17．0软件对收集的数据进行统计分析。结果该医院一年间出院患者手术例数20，774例，发生重返手术室再次手术病例490例，重返手术率为2．36％。其中非计划重返手术96例，非计划重返手术发生率为0．46％。手术切口和手术等级为是否进行非计划重返手术的重要影响因素，非计划重返手术组住院病人的平均住院天数明显高于计划内重返手术组。结论严格执行手术分级管理制度，加强“三基”培训，建立重返手术管理机制，减少非计划重返手术发生率，降低医疗风险，保证患者安全，促进医疗质量持续改进。

Investigation and Analysis of Current Situation of Return Operations in a Class-A and Tertiary Hospital

Objective To investigate and analyze the incidence of return operations, and provide management evidence for the evaluation and improvement of the medical service quality in a hospital. Methods To conduct a retrospectively study on the return operations for one whole year in a hospital, then made statistical analysis on the data collected with the application of SPSS 17.0. Results There were 20774 cases of operations in the patients of this hospital during the one year, in which there were 490 cases of return operations and the re- turn rate was 2.36%. There were 96 cases of non-planed return operations and the rate was 0.46%. The important influence factors of non-planed return operations were the incisions and the grade of operation. The average length of stay in non-planed return operations group was obviously higher than the planed group. Conclusions We should enforce the management system of operations level-to-level admin- istration strictly, strengthen the training of triguaiacyl, establish return operations management system, reduce the incidence of non-planed return operations, decrease the risk of medical treatment, thus to guarantee the safety of patients and promote the sustainable development of medical treatment quality.
