2012年湖北省12家三级甲等综合医院医疗运营状况分析

目的对2012年湖北省12家三级甲等综合医院医疗运营状况进行分析，通过横向比较以了解编号1的医院其医疗运营情况，为医院发展提供科学的参考依据：方法选择12家三级甲等综合医院的10个代表性指标，利用秩和比较法，分别对10个指标编秩，计算综合RSR值。结果根据RR值对12家医院排序并分为优良中差4档，编号为2、8、9的医院其RSR值大于0．625，其医疗运营状况属“优”；编号为6、10、1的医院其RSR值在0．5667～0．625之间，其医疗运营状况属于“良”；编号为5、3,4、7的医院其RSR值在0．4333～0．5667之间，其医疗运营状况属于“中”；编号为11、12的医院RsR值低于0．333，其医疗运营状况属于“差”。结论编号为2、8、9的医院其医疗运营状况为“优”，其综合评价结果与实际情况相符。编号为1的医院应把降低平均住院日、提高人均业务收入作为今后医院工作的重点来抓。

Running Situation Analysis on the Medical Treatment of Twelve Class-A and Tertiary Comprehensive Hospitals in Hubei Province in 2012

Objective To analyze the medical treatment running situation of twelve Class-A and tertiary comprehensive hospitals in Hubei Province in 2012, investigate the medical treatment running situation of hospitals numbered one by crosswise comparison, provide scientific evidence for the development of the hospitals. Methods Ten typical indexes of twelve Class-A and tertiary comprehensive hospi- tals were chosen, sum of ranks comparison methods was adopted to calculated the comprehensive RSR score. Results The twelve hospitals were divided into four grades according to the RSR score, the scores of the hospitals numbered two, eight and nine were greater than 0.625 and the running situation was excellent, the scores of the hospitals numbered six, ten and one were between 0.5667 and 0.625, and the running situation was good, the scores of the hospitals numbered five, three, four and seven were between 0.4333 and 0.5667, and the running situation was medium, the scores of the hospitals numbered eleven and twelve were less than 0.333, and the running situation was bad. Conclusions The running situation of hospital numbered two, eight and nine was excellent, which was accordance with the truth sit- uation. The hospitals numbered one should put emphasis on the reduction of the average length of stay in hospital and the improvement of the income of per person.
