摘    要:在分析了机械-液压功率匹配系统原理的基础上,根据液压系统驱动力-速度-液压系统效率曲线,提出了适用于WC80Y型分体运输平台液压驱动系统与发动机功率匹配的实现方案及控制规律.通过试验与现场实践,此功率匹配系统满足该车辆操作性能的要求,对提高车辆的驱动性能有较大意义,对于其他行走工程机械也具有参考和借鉴作用.

Abstract:By analyzing mechanical-hydraulic power matching systems, the driving force, driving speed and efficiency curve are attained for hydraulic systems. Moreover, the implementation solutions and control principles of hydraulically-driven system and engine power matching are specifically proposed for the WCSOY transportation platform. Through on-site testing, it is indicated that the power matching system meets the demands on operational performances. In addition, this approach, which significantly improves vehicle driving performance, has set a reference for other driving construction machinery design.
