The Implementation of Project System for ERP in Tianjin Branch Company

This paper summarized the main function and controlling process of project system module for ERP in SINOPEC Tianjin Branch, introduced the integrated relations of PS with material supplies management module MRO, financial administration module FI/CO, and discussed the key problems of business process reengineering and budget control. The results showed that the application of project management module in ERP achieved "third class integration" of material, capital and information flows and the real-time monitoring for the investment plan and budget of the project. It was favorable for enterprise to enhance the project management level and achieve maximum efficiency.
