2007-2009年中药注射剂在我院住院患者中的应用分析

目的研究我院中药注射剂在内科住院患者中的应用状况。方法采用金额排序和应用频度分析方法对我院内科住院患者2007—2009年中药注射剂的使用情况进行统计分析。结果中药注射剂金额3年分别占总用药金额的6．61％、6．56％及5．74％，2009年略有下降。用药金额最多的是抗肿瘤用药，大多数中药注射液的用药频度和用药金额同步。结论中药注射剂在我院临床应用基本合理，但仍应重视其安全性、有效性，合理选择使用。

Use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in hospitalized patients during 2007-2009

Objective To study the use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients admitted to Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital. Methods Use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients admitted to Department of Internal Medicine of our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed using the cost sum and DDD methods. Results The cost of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in 2007-2009 accounted for 6.61%, 6.56%, and 5.74% of the total cost of drugs, respectively. The cost of anti-tumor drugs was the highest, and the cost sum was consistent with the DDD. Conclusion The use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is generally reasonable, but great importance should be attached to their safety, efficiency, and rational use.
