摘    要:交直流输变电设备的安全性及可靠性是保障电网安全运行的重要基础。对交直流输变电设备进行安全监控,有助于及时发现故障并进行维护检修。在国内外交直流输变电设备监测技术的研究基础上,根据各类设备的不同特性,选择合理的监测项目及方法,并按照基于CIM和SCL模型的一体化建模思路,将所得监测信息进行集成,提出交直流输变电设备安全监控模型。该系统模型的构建对于交直流输变电设备安全监控系统的建设具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The safety and reliability of AC/DC transmission and transformation equipment ensures safe operation of power grid. Security monitoring and control of AC/DC transmission and transformation equipment can find out faults in time and take measures correspondingly. On the basis of the existing research, reasonable monitoring items are chosen to reveal the hidden faults, and information with different data models are integrated by a unified common information model which is built based on CIM and SCL. In the end, security monitoring and control model of AC/DC transmission and transformation equipment is proposed to provide some meaningful advice on the construction of security monitoring and control system of AC/DC transmission and transformation equipment.
