露天采矿机在胜利一号露天矿的应用研究

露天采矿机作为一种新型的露天采矿设备,经国外实践证明能有效地开采薄煤层,有选择性地进行煤、矸分采,减少矸石混入量,能最大限度地提高回采率。作业过程中能将钻孔、爆破、采装、破碎等环节集于一身,极大地简化了生产环节并获得良好的经济效益。本文针对胜利一号露天矿5#复杂煤层夹矸层数多、煤层薄、发热量低的特点,提出使用露天采矿机有效地进行煤层及其矸石的分采,以提高回采率、降低含矸量,简化作业流程,提高经济效益。
