基于CAN总线的智能仪表组网技术

摘    要:为满足设备级通信的实时性、可靠性和互操作性 ,提出基于CAN现场总线的智能仪表组网技术。通过分析CAN总线和RS 485总线的特点 ,设计了CAN总线多功能集中器和网络通信协议。设计的CAN总线多功能集中器可以与上位机 (PLC或PC等 )通过CAN总线通信 ,也可通过RS 485与网络底层仪表通信 ,并可动态显示仪表状态和在线修改组态参数

Abstract:Network technology of intelligent instruments based on fieldbus is introduced.The building-network technology of intelligent instruments based on CAN bus is proposed,in order to meet the demands of device level communication,such as real-time,reliability and interoperability.After analyzing the features of CAN bus and RS-485,multifunctional concentrator and network communication protocol is designed.The newly designed concentrator can not only implement multi-master communication with other nodes,which include PC and PLC,but also implement master-slave communication with device level instruments through RS-485.Furthermore,it can display dynamically the status of instruments and modify the configuration parameters of instruments on-line.
