| 摘 要： | 目的:了解1998-2006年消化内科收治病例中的饮酒情况.方法:随机抽样调查,使用统一设计的调查表对1800例病例做回顾性研究.结果:本研究调查的病例中有37.17%有饮酒经历;有21.61%的病例出院诊断判断为与饮酒有关;与饮酒有关的疾病最多见的是肝硬化,占全部调查病例的8.44%.结论:综合医院消化科有相当比例的病例与饮酒相关,应进一步调查其它科室病例与饮酒的情况,为制定控酒政策和饮酒相关疾病的治疗提供科学依据.
