定眩颗粒质量标准研究

摘    要:目的 制订定眩颗粒的质量标准.方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中制何首乌、白芍、当归、枸杞,高效液相色谱法测定制剂中阿魏酸、芍药苷的含量.结果 薄层色谱法能明显检出制何首乌、白芍、当归、枸杞.含量测定线性关系良好,阿魏酸的平均回收率为97.36%,RSD=0.79%(n=6);芍药苷的平均回收率为97.54%,RSD=0.75%(n=6).结论 所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To establish the determination method of quality control of Dingxuan Granules. Methods The TLC method for Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelica Sinensis, Fructus Lycii. The contents of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Dingxuan Granules was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelica Sinensis Fructus Lycii could be identified by TLC. The linear relation ship was good. The average recovery of ferulie acid was 97.36%, RSD was 0.79%;The average recovery of paeoniflofin was 97.54%, RSD was 0. 75%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules.
