| 摘 要： | 目的:总结小切口胆囊切除在普通外科学的可行性与优点。方法:右上腹肋缘内侧第8助间水平做4～6cm长的平行于肋弓的斜切口,于肝镰状韧带右侧进入腹腔,显露胆囊,找到Calof三角,逆行切除胆囊。结果:36例术后给予肌注度冷丁50mg,其余病例未用任何止痛剂均在12～24小时离床活动,术后24～72小时进食。住院3～7天,10～14天完全恢复,切口留有纤细瘢痕。结论:小切口选择综合生理解剖特点,不离断腹壁任何肌群,手术操作方便,可以顺利完成胆囊切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the feasible and advantage of cholecystectomy with small oblique incision.Methods:The bladder was removed in calof triangle at 8 th rib level of right 4～6cm oblique incision.Results:36 cases were performed such method with 50mg dolantin and ambulation was taken at 12～24 h with oral intake at 24～72h.the duration of hospitalized was 3～7d with recovery within twice weeks.Conclusion:This method could fit for anatomy characteristics without injury of abdominal wall muscle with safe and easy performance. |
