| 摘 要： | 结合当前建筑市场发展趋势，具体介绍了建设工程中常遇的施工索赔和反索赔。从风险引起的索赔，工程延长和延误的索赔，工程量变化太大引起的索赔等几方面进行了论述，说明了施工索赔和反索赔，对于培养和发展建设市场，促进建筑业的发展，起着非常重要的作用。
