摘    要:采用切条法和有限元计算,完成了对LY12铝合金薄板焊件焊接残余应力的测试和数值分析,测得的纵向焊接残余应力数值与有限元计算的结果吻合良好,研究结果表明,分析得到的残余应力分布,对LY12铝合金薄板在焊后服役过程中承受的应力状态分析提供了基础理论依据,有着实际的意义。

Testing Analysis of Welding Residual Stress of LY12 Aluminum Alloy Thin Plat

Abstract:By applying the slitting method and Finite Element Method calculation,the measuring of welding residual stress and numerical analysis for the thin plate weldment of LY12 aluminum alloy were conducted.Excellent agreement between the measured value of longitudinal welding residual stress and FEM calculated value is presented.The research shows that the residual stress distribution from analysis supplied the theoretical basis for stress stature subjected in the course of the post-welding service for LY12 aluminum alloy thin plate.This study has practical significance.
