双组分加成型RTV导热阻燃灌封胶的研制

摘    要:以乙烯基硅油、氧化铝、含氢硅油等为原料,配合铂催化剂、增粘剂、粘接促进剂等,制得双组分加成型室温硫化导热阻燃灌封胶(简称灌封胶)。研究了氧化铝粒径、阻燃剂种类对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明,不同粒径的氧化铝配合使用,可使灌封胶具有较高的热导率、较好的使用性能和力学性能;不同种类的阻燃剂配合使用比使用单一阻燃剂达到FV-0级所需的用量少;添加粘接促进剂可使灌封胶对基材有较快的粘接速度,且灌封胶对基材的粘接力比未添加粘接促进剂的灌封胶高出0.1 MPa.s。

Abstract:Two-part addition type room temperature vulcanizing(RTV)pouring sealants were prepared with vinyl silicone oil(SiVi),Al2O3,Si—H containing silicone oil,and other processed materials such as platinum catalysts,viscosifiers and adhesion promoters,etc.The effect of the Al2O3particle size and the type of flame retardant on the potting’s performance was investigated.The results showed that the potting filled with Al2O3 with multiple particle sizes exhibited higher thermal conductivity and better application performance and mechanical properties,compared with the case where Al2O3 particles with single particles size were used.The loadings used in the potting with the mixture of various types of flame retardants for meeting the retardant requirements of FV-0 is less than that with a single type.Furthermore,the results showed that adhesion promoters used in the potting could promote the speed of the potting bonding to the substrate and the shear strength was 0.1MPa more compared with the potting without adhesion promoters as well.
