2009年乳山市部分农村中老年人慢性病患病情况及其影响因素调查

[目的]了解乳山市中老年人群慢性病患病情况及其影响因素,为制定慢性病防控策略与措施提供依据。[方法]2009年,在乳山市农村随机抽取934名50岁以上人群进行调查。[结果]调查934人,患有慢性病的483人,患病率为51.71%。慢性病患病率,男性为44.07%,女性为59.52%(P<0.01);50～59、60～69、70～79、≥80岁分别为41.15%、57.14%、61.88%、68.18%(P<0.01)。调查的934人中,患有≥2种、≥3种、≥4种、≥5种慢性病患者比例分别为18.52%、4.93%、1.07%、0.03%;高血压患病率为70.45%,关节炎患病率为23.66%,心绞痛患病率为8.57%,糖尿病患病率为6.32%,慢性肺部疾病患病率为4.93%,脑卒中患病率为3.75%。非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、工作中中等强度活动、有足够的钱满足需要是影响慢性病患病的因素,OR分别为0.33、1.05、0.27、1.73。[结论]乳山市50岁以上农村居民慢性病患病率较高,女性、高年龄、工作身体活动强度低、经济来源不足的老年人容易患慢性病。

Prevalence of Chronic Diseases and Influencing Factors Among Middle-aged and Senior Adults Aged over 50 in Rural Areas of Rushan City,2009

[Objective]To study the prevalence of chronic diseases and influencing factors among residents aged over 50 in Rushan city,so as to provide basis for NCD prevention and control.[Methods]In 2009,sampling method was employed to select 934 participants over 50 years old in Rushan city.[Results]A total of 934 participants accomplished the survey and 483 persons suffered from chronic diseases,with a prevalence of 51.71%.The prevalence of chronic diseases was 44.07% for males and 59.52% for females(P<0.01).The prevalence was 41.15%,57.14%,61.88% and 68.18% accordingly for age group 50-59,60-69,70-79 and ≥80(P<0.01).Of the 934 participants,prevalence of participants with two,three,four and five chronic diseases was 18.52%,4.93%,1.07% and 0.30% accordingly.Prevalence of hypertension,arthritis,anginapectoris,diabetes,chronic lung disease and stroke was 70.45%,23.66%,8.57%,6.32%,4.93%,3.75% respectively.Unconditional logistic analysis showed that NCD were related to factors as gender,age,mild level of working physical activity,and economic situation,with OR of 0.33,1.05,0.27,and 1.73 respectively.[Conclusion]The prevalence of chronic diseases is high among people aged over 50 in Rushan city.Women,seniority,low physical activity level,and lack of economic support are more susceptible to chronic diseases.
