跳骨片中马兜铃酸A的HPLC限量检查

摘    要:目的建立测定跳骨片中马兜铃酸A的高效液相色谱的分析方法。方:法采用RP-HPLC法测定。用NovapakC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5岬),以已腈一甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(28:28:44)为流动相,流速为lmL·min-1,检测波长390rim,柱温为宣温。进样量为5“k结果马兜铃醢A的保留时问约为14.7min,与其他峰的分离度大干1.5。马兜铃酸A的线性范围为0.49869ug·mL-1~3.49083ug·mL-1,y=0.9998,最低检测限为4.128×10_。pg(信噪比为5:1),平均回收率为97.89%(n=5)。结论"ig7Y:,-k简便快速.灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,可用于跳骨片中马兜铃酸A的含量测定,跳骨片中马兜铃酸A未检出。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of aristolochie acid A in Tiaogu tablets by HPLC. METHODS We used a RPHPLC method with Novapak Cls column(5ttm, 4.6mm x 250 ram), and the mobile phase was themixture of acetonitrilemethanolwater(28 : 28 : 44), and the flow rate was 1.0mL· min- 1 . with the detection wavelength of 390nm. oven temperature:room temperature. Injection volume:5uL. RESULTS The retention time of aristolochie acid A was 14.7rain, resolution〉l. 5. The linear range of aristolochic acid A was 0.49869/_tg. mL- 1 - 3. 49083ug· mL-1, r = 0. 9998, detectable limitation of 4. 128 x 10 - 3ug (signal to noise ratio is 5 : 1), the average recovery was 97.89 %, (n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, sensitive,and the result is accurate, it can be used for determination of aristolochic acid A in Tiaogu tablets. Resultes aris- tolochic acid A was not detected in Tiaogu tablets.
