气动密封除灰阀门自动控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了采用气动密封装置的Moller阀门的结构和工作原理,并自行设计了一套自动控制系统,对阀门的启闭进行自动控制。实验结果表明,该套气动密封阀门可以减少除灰时的灰尘泄漏,有效地维护除灰生产现场的环境;自动控制系统稳定可靠,提高了设备的利用率,保证了生产人员的人身安全,在火电厂除灰系统中具有较高的实用性。

Abstract:The structure and principle of the Moller valve were introduced, and a set of auto-control system for the valve was designed. The result of experiment indicates that the Moller valve reduces the leakage of ash, and effectively maintains the environment of ash removing workshop. The auto-control system is steady and reliable ,which enhances the using rate of equipments, ensures the security of operators, and has great practicability in the ash removing system in power plants.
