摘    要:为了克服传统的PLC加上位机的控制技术在电站辅助系统应用中的缺点,提出使用发电厂辅网集中监控(BOP)系统,在某火电厂不同底层控制系统之间采用iFix监控软件进行系统集成的技术,实现了4种不同类型5个控制系统之间的集中监控.并且讨论了异构系统之间的信息集成、管控一体化的方法.实际使用表明该集成系统结合了企业Intranet/Internet建设,改造与发展了原有的生产过程监控系统,达到了与主机控制系统相当的水平.集中的数据和统一的网络平台使辅助控制系统与电厂其他管理系统的联网成为可能.

Abstract:To improve the traditional control technology of power plant auxiliary system with PLC and superordinate computer,the centralized monitoring system of power plant auxiliary network(BOP)is proposed.The iFix monitoring software is applied to integrate different control systems on the bottom layer of fossil -fuel power plant,implementing the centralized monitoring of five control systems with four types.The information integration and management-control integration of heterogeneous systems are discussed.Practical application shows that,the integrated system combines with the infrastructure of enterprise Intranet/Interuet,improves the original productive process monitoring system and achieves the same control level of the master control system.The centralized data and unified network platform enables the networking of the power plant auxiliary control system and other management systems.
