液压支架的液压系统设计

摘    要:为满足工作面采煤机牵引速度进一步提高的需要,本文对支架移架的动作时间和乳化液泵容量的计算方法进行了探讨,以提高液压支架的移架速度。并以Y25型支架为例,按采煤机牵引速度为8m/min的移架要求,对所需乳化液泵的容量进行了计算。另外,由于距供液源较远的工作面支架有明显的压力降,达不到所需的初撑力和推溜力,也影响移架速度。为减少压力损失,需改善管路系统布置。对此,本文介绍并分析了几种管路系统布置方案,并推荐了合理方案。文中还涉及了元件的更新换代和配套设备的研制问题。

THE DESIGN OF THE HYORAULIC SYSTEM OF THE POWERED SUPPORTS
Abstract:In order to meet the demands for further increasing the haulage speed of the shearer on the face, the article searches for the calculating method of the moving time of the support advancement and the capacity of the emulsion pump, therefore to raise the advancing speed of the powered support. Taking the type Y 25 support as an example, the desired capacity of the emulsion pump is calculated, assuming that the haulage speed meets the demand for the advance of the support at 8m/min. In addition, due to that there is a remarkable pressure drop on the face supports far from fluid supply source the desired setting load and conveyor advance load could not be reached, and the advance speed is also influenced, For reducing the loss of the pressure, the arrangement of the pipe line system needs to be improved, so the article introduces and analyses a few kinds of the project of the pipe arrangement and recommends the reasonable projects and it also deals with the development problem of improving the components and the compatible equipments.
