分段滤波在光纤电容液滴分析技术中的应用

摘    要:光纤电容液滴分析技术通过获取液滴在成长过程中光纤信号随液滴体积的变化规律,得到"液滴指纹图"。由于反映液滴体积的电容信号是一种锯齿波,光纤信号同样也呈周期性突变,在对光纤及电容信号的滤波过程中容易引起信号失真,本文提出了一种分段滤波的方法,提取液滴生长周期,再对每部分周期信号分别进行零相位低通滤波。实验证明该方法很好的解决了液滴分离瞬间的信号失真问题,为光纤电容液滴分析技术在液体真伪鉴别、液体类产品质量控制、污水处理等领域的实际应用打下了坚实基础。

Abstract:Fiber-Capacitive Drop Analysis technology can be widely used in liquid detection,industrial production,environmental monitoring and other fields.Its "liquid drop fingerprint",which reflects multiple properties of the liquid,contains two important signals,the fiber signal and capacitive signal.If using the normal low-pass filtering method,the fiber and capacitive signal would be distorted because of the capacitive signal's saw-tooth style and fiber signal's periodically abrupt property.In this paper,the subsection filter method is introduced to solve this problem.It firstly separates the signals according to drop growth period,later filters every subsection respectively,and lastly processes the filtered signal with zero-phase treatment.Experiment improves that it is an effective way to solve the signal distortion problem,and can be used in practice.
