摘    要:采用膜生物反应器处理生活污水,对COD和氨氮的去除率分别为80%~90%和85%;通过对膜表面和断面的场发射扫描电镜观察,发现膜污染物主要覆盖在膜外表面,对膜的内部结构没有造成影响;酸洗对膜表面的无机垢体污染物的清除效果较为显著,比较NaOH和NaClO的清洗效果,结果表明NaClO对膜通量恢复效果最好,但对膜材料造成了一定程度的损坏。通过EDX分析可知膜污染物以有机污染物为主,而洗脱液中的蛋白质污染物又是其中的主要成份。

Abstract:A submerged membrane bioreactor was used to treat domestic sewage, the removal efficiencies of COD and NH3-N were 80% -90% and 85%;By observation of the surfaces and the cross sections of the membranes, it is showed that the pollution on the exterior surface of membrane was predominant; the effect of pollutants on the internal structure of membrane could be negligible; acid cleaning was more effective for removing the inorganic pollutants. Comparing the cleaning effectiveness of NaOH with NaClO, NaClO had the more efficient contribution to the recovery of the permeate flux; Nevertheless it caused some damages to the membrane modules. With analysis of EDX, it was discovered that the pollution was mainly formed by organic agents, protein substances etc.
