摘    要:目的开发麻醉风险评估和分级管理平台的软件,促进麻醉风险的评估和分级管理。方法系统软件采用VFP9.0关系型数据库语言和Visual Studio 2015编程,其中麻醉患者风险评估方法参照Hussman、Aust和“Lemon”等方法。结果开发了Windows环境下运行的麻醉风险评估和分级管理系统,包括患者信息库、风险评估、风险分级管理、过程考核、查询统计以及知识库6个模块。实现对手术患者风险识别和评估、分级管理、智能信息档案以及过程考核等过程进行管理。结论此系统有利于麻醉患者风险评估和分级管理,操作简单容易。

Abstract:Objective Developing a software to promote preoperative risk assessment and grading management in patient with anesthesia.Methods The system was programmed with VFP 9.0 and Visual Studio 2015.Hussman,Aust and "Lemon" methods were put as risk assessment methods of Patient with anesthesia in system.Results The system is running under Windows and consists of six modules named:patient information database,risk assessment,risk classification management,process examination,query and statistics,and the knowledge base.It should make identification and assessment of risk,grading management on risks,intellectual information and whole process examination in surgical patients.Conclusions This system benefits to risk assessment and grading management for anesthetic patients and can be operate easily.
