放电通道的微观模拟及其物理性能研究

摘    要:电火花加工机理研究的相对滞后在一定程度上制约了电火花加工技术的进一步发展;放电通道中带电粒子的运动特性、电磁特性及振荡性的研究是电火花加工机理研究中的重要组成部分.运用粒子模拟方法,对电火花加工放电通道中等离子体柱的形状及放电通道的电流、电磁特性进行了仿真模拟,仿真结果发现当放电通道达到平衡状态时,放电通道的负极为喇叭口形,中部为腰鼓形.最后分析了造成放电通道振荡的原因以及对放电加工效果的影响.

Abstract:The study of motion characteristics, electromagnetic characteristics and oscillation characteristics of electrical particles are key composition of the EDM mechanism study. But now the lag of the research of EDM mechanism restricts EDM developing in some degree. For this reason, this paper simulated the form of the discharge process between the electrodes and the plasma oscillation characteristics by PIC method. The influence factors of the plasma channel were analyzed. A experiment result was given to verify the simulation of influence of the plasma oscillation.
