| 摘 要： | 介绍了0.88 dtex涤纶纤维的特性,并根据纤维的特性对纺纱工艺进行了研究和探索,优化了各工序的工艺参数,总结了生产过程中的技术措施.特别是在细纱工序,要确保氨纶丝张力一致,不能出现露丝、断丝、包覆不良、起皱等现象,清洁巡回工作要及时,以使纺纱质量稳定.0.88 dtex涤纶纺制的13.1 tex(44 dtex)包芯纱织物富有弹性,外观华贵艳丽,具有良好的悬垂性,伸缩自如,穿着舒适,是理想的高档服装面料.

| Abstract: | Property of 0.88 dtex polyester fiber was introduced,and the spinning processing was discussed according to the fiber property.Processing parameters of each process were optimized,technique measures in production were summarized too.Especially in spinning process,correspondency of polyurethane filament tension should be assured to avoid grinning effect,stubble,cockling and so on.Cleaning patrol should be done timely to assure yarn quality.13.1 tex(44 dtex) core-spun yarn which is spun with 0.88 dtex polyester has good elasticity,beautiful appearance,good draping.For its elasticity and good wearing characteristics,it can be used as high grade apparel fabric. |
