噪声对大鼠学习记忆及海马胆碱能系统的影响

摘    要:目的观察噪声对大鼠学习记忆及海马胆碱能系统的影响。方法将24只Wistar大鼠,随机分为噪声组和对照组,噪声组在80 dB(A)白噪声下持续暴露30 d,用大鼠穿梭箱测试大鼠的学习记忆能力,化学比色法检测海马乙酰胆碱转移酶(ChAT)和胆碱酯酶(AChE)的活力,受体放射配基结合实验测定海马M型受体的结合性。结果噪声组大鼠主动回避反应次数明显减少、主动和被动回避反应潜伏期明显延长,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。噪声组大鼠海马ChAT活力明显降低、AChE活力明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。此外,噪声组大鼠海马M型受体最大结合容量较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论噪声暴露能影响大鼠海马胆碱能系统,降低学习记忆能力。
