| 摘 要： | 在分析有机相变材料的分类和特点的基础上,介绍了目前有机相变材料的制备方法和手段,从建筑节能材料和建筑蓄热构件两方面综述了近期国内外有机相变材料建筑节能应用的研究现状以及有机相变材料导热系数的改善方法,展望了其在建筑节能领域的应用和开发前景.
