摘    要:某新型换热器管子管板的连接形式为液压+机械重叠胀接,通过工艺试验分析了该种结构胀接接头的连接强度、密封性、管子变形等性能特点,并分析了该种胀接形式的可靠性。

Abstract:Joint performance such as strength ,leak tightness and tube deformation was analyzed on mixed hydro-mechanical expanding consists of first carrying out hydraulic expanding , followed by partial me-chanical rolling .Reliability of the designed expanding structure was analyzed and proved .
