设备连接支架等强度及稳定性核算

摘    要:在仅承受设备自身及操作介质自重等长期载荷的情况下,根据设备的结构特性,对设备相连部分支架的稳定性,螺栓、连接筋板和其焊缝的强度进行核算,并用ANSYS软件对连接筋板与筒体相连部位的局部应力进行分析,结果表明设备的相连部件、设备的强度及稳定性均安全。

Abstract:In only equipment itself and the operating medium weight under long-term load,according to the structure characteristics of the equipment,the equipment is connected to the stability of the part of the stent,bolts and stiffened plates,connection of accounting,the strength of the weld with ANSYS software to connect steel plate are connected to the cylinder parts of the local stress analysis,the results show that the intensity of the equipment connected components,equipment and stability are safe.
