云南某萤石矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:云南某萤石矿为石英硫化矿型萤石矿,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次为高岭石和少量黄铁矿等。针对该矿的矿石性质,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃和ADC为抑制剂,R703为捕收剂,采用预先脱硫,一次粗选、七次精选和中矿集中再选,再选精矿返回粗选的闭路工艺流程,可以获得高品位的萤石精矿,Ca F2品位为97.14%,Si O2和Ca CO3含量小于1.0%,Ca F2回收率为81.38%。

Abstract:Fluorite Mine in Yunnan quartz sulphide ore type fluorite ore gangue minerals are quartz, followed by kaolinite and minor pyrite. For the nature of the ore mine, sodium carbonate as adjusting agent, sodium silicate, and ADC for inhibitor, R703 for the collector, the use of pre-desulfurization, a rough election, seven selection and focus in the mine re-election, re-election fine mine returned roughing closed process, you can get high-grade fluorspar concentrate, CaF2 grade of 97.14%, SiO2 and CaCO3 content of less than 1.0%, CaF2 recovery was 81.38%.
