氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染疗效分析

目的：观察氨曲南治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将90例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为氨曲南组和头孢他啶组各45例。分别给予氨曲南2.0g、头孢他啶2.0g静脉滴注,每隔12h1次,疗程均为7～14d。比较两组临床疗效、细菌清除率及不良反应情况。结果：氨曲南组和头孢他啶组的临床有效率分别为91.11%和86.67%,细菌清除率分别为93.33%、89.13%,两者比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：氨曲南临床治疗下呼吸道感染安全、有效。

Clinical Observation of Aztreonam in Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of aztreonam in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods：A total of 90 cases were randomly divided into aztreonam group and ceftazidime group（each group have 45 patients）.Two groups were compared with the clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance rate and adverse circumstances.Results：The clinical efficacy rates of aztreonam group and ceftazidime group were 91.11 percent and 86.67 percent,the bacterial clearance rates were 93.33 percent and 89.13 percent,there were no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）;the two groups were not serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Aztroenam is an effective and safe for clinical treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.
