| 摘 要： | 应用"生物浮动床(MBBR)+生物滤池"联合工艺改进某石化公司污水处理厂原活性污泥法工艺进行石化废水处理,以达到部分废水回用。处理结果表明,原污水经该系统处理后,COD小于20 mg.L,浊度小于3 NTU,含油量小于1 mg.L-1,磷含量低于0.9 mg.L-1,满足废水回用标准。整个处理体系抗冲击负荷能力强,运行稳定。

| Abstract: | This study is to apply "MBBR + Biofilter" integrated process as improvement of former ASP in a petrochemical company for the treatment of the wastewater to obtain the partial reusing.The result indicates that the process can make COD in wastewater decrease to less 20 mg·L-1,turbidity less to 3 NUT,and oil less to 1 mg·L-1,and P less to 0.9 mg·L-1,the effluent quality accords with reused criteria of petrochemical wastewater,and the process has stronger capacities regarding the impact of organic loading compared with ASP,and it runs in stable way. |
