摘    要:坝基开挖质量控制是水电工程中质量控制的重要一环。杨房沟水电站拱坝坝基基岩为花岗闪长岩,坝肩槽开挖质量标准高,难度大。技术管理人员通过对现场开挖工艺的研究分析,认为影响开挖质量的重要原因是钻孔工艺标准不规范、核验频率不足、样架不稳定。根据上述原因制定了相关质量提升措施,改变了坝肩槽成型质量,满足了工程施工安全、质量、进度和成本控制等要求。相关措施可为同类花岗闪长岩高边坡预裂爆破开挖提供借鉴。

Abstract:The quality controlling for excavation of arch dam abutment trough is an important link in the quality controlling of hydropower development. The dam foundation of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is granodiorite, requiring a high standard for trough excavation. By in-situ analyzing on the excavation procedures and techniques, it was believed that the poor excavation quality of abutment trough was induced by irregular boring techniques, insufficient quality check frequency and unstable model frame. According to above causes, some improving measures were put forward. By the improving measures, the quality for abutment trough excavation can be guaranteed, thus meeting the requirements on construction safety, procedure and cost.
