| 摘 要： | 对断裂的金属接骨螺钉进行了化学成分、硬度、显微组织分析及表面加工质量的检测。对检测结果分析表明，螺钉所使用的材料符合国家标准要求，螺钉的螺纹根部加工刀痕处应力集中，产生多条裂纹，导致螺钉断裂。

| Abstract: | The analysis of chemical composition, hardness and microstructure and quality inspection of surface processing have been done to metal bone screw which was fractured in human body. The test results have shown that the meterial used in screw is according with the requirement of national standard and the fracture reason of screw is no smooth bottom of screw which can cause stress concentration and can produce crack along stress concentration position. |
