施工参与工效学原理与方法

依照施工工效学的基本原理,研究施工参与的原理与方法,提出人的发展、参与权利、面向施工活动元三个基础命题和工人、管理层参与的六条假设,界定了施工参与工效学研究的条件、对象和范围;提出工人决策参与、过程主导、成果共享以及管理层管理保证、过程体验、介入指导的施工参与工效学原理,构成施工参与工效学研究与实践的指导原则和方法。

Research on Construction Participatory Ergonomics Methodology

In the light of fundamental principles of construction ergonomics,methodologies to construction participa- tion are studied.Three propositions,which are people's perfect development,participative rights and unit-activity- based participation,and six hypotheses for participation of workers and managers,are put forward.The propositions and hypotheses make the conditions,objects and scope of construction participation research clearly.Workers par- ticipation principles are participation in decision-making,controlling process and sharing in fruitage.Manager par- ticipation principles are management commitment,learning through practices and involvement to instruct.These principles make the methodology of studying and practicing for construction participation.
