煤热分解质量控制理论模型

摘    要:以实验为基础,建立了简单、实用和准确度较好的煤热分解质量控制理论模型,认为煤中的硫、氢、氧和水分子影响和控制煤热分解过程及其主要气体产物CO,CO_2,H_2和CH_4的生成,以质量控制理论模拟计算的热分解气体产物生成过程,揭示了热分解的物理本质并和实验结论符合良好。通过对31种煤的理论计算和试验结果分析,发现了煤的热分解挥发分量和煤成分组合参量ln(WO~2(H/C)~((?)/2)的线性关系。

Abstract:Based on the experiments, a coal pyrolysis model is developed. The model assumes that coal pyrolysis process are controlled by three producing oxidation reactions and four chemical reactions. Gaseous yields of coal, H_2, CH_4, CO and CO_2, are calculated for components and rates of coal pyrolysis. A various kinds of Chinese coal which includes bituminite, liginite and anthracite, are studied by numerical computation. The calculating results are well satisfied with the experiments. The relationship of coal volatility and a special coal component parameter is found
