| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Cx43、Smad1蛋白在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Cx43和Smad1在胃癌和癌旁组织中的表达情况。结果：胃癌组织Cx43的阳性表达率明显低于正常胃组织，Smad1的阳性表达率明显高于正常胃组织（P＜0.05）。胃癌组织Smad1、Cx43蛋白的表达与年龄、性别无关，与分化程度、淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）。胃癌组织Cx43与Smad1的表达呈显著负相关（P＜0.01）。结论：Cx43、Smad1蛋白的异常表达可能在胃癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the expression and clinical signiifcance of Cx43 and Smad1 in gastric cancer. Methods： Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Cx43 and Smad1 in gastric cancer and para-carcinoma tissue.Results： The positive expression rate of Cx43 in gastric cancer was obviously lower than normal gastric tissue, while the positive rate of Smad1 was obviously higher （P〈0.05）. In gastric cancer, the positive expression of Cx43 and Smad1 were irrelevant to age and sex, but associated with differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and invasion depth （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. In gastric cancer, the expression of Cx43 showed signiifcant negative correlation with Smad1 expression（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Abnormal expression of Cx43 and Smad1 may play important role in development of gastric cancer. |
